As professional wedding cinematographers and studio owners, your production records contain sensitive data: high-profile family events, confidential project milestones, equipment lockers, and pricing rate cards. StudioOS employs a Defense-in-Depth security model to ensure your business remains safe.
Multi-Tenant Row Isolation
Every database query is strictly scoped to your specific workspace UUID. No studio can ever view, query, or leak records belonging to another creator.
Encryption in Transit & At Rest
All traffic across studioos.net utilizes strict TLS 1.3 encryption with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS). Stored records and proxy media are encrypted with AES-256.
Tokenized Proposal & Client Links
Public quotation links and client review portals utilize cryptographically secure, randomized alphanumeric tokens rather than guessable sequential IDs.
Zero-Leak Identifier Masking
System aliases (so-, ws-, sc-, ssa-) cleanly mask raw database primary keys from public URLs, inspect elements, and client browser DOM trees.
Automated Redundancy & Backups
Daily automated database snapshots and multi-region failover configurations ensure that production schedules and financial ledgers remain resilient.
Cloudflare Edge DDoS Shield
StudioOS sits behind Cloudflare's enterprise global edge network, filtering malicious traffic, bot attacks, and automated scraper swarms in 300+ cities.
1. PCI-DSS Certified Direct Payment Architecture
StudioOS never stores, transmits, or handles credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account PINs on its application servers.
When clients settle milestone retainers via StudioOS invoices, all payment transactions occur through iframe or direct tokenized handoffs managed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors (Razorpay and Stripe). All billing transactions are encrypted with bank-grade security.
2. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
If you are an independent security researcher or studio developer and believe you have discovered a vulnerability or security concern in StudioOS, we appreciate your assistance in reporting it to us responsibly before public disclosure.
Reporting Guidelines:
- Email full technical reproduction steps to: security@studioos.net.
- Do not include passwords, raw student photos, or confidential studio records in initial outreach.
- Allow our engineering team reasonable time to investigate and patch the issue before any public disclosure.
