StudioOS hosts and processes client portfolios, raw shoot records, customer contact details, financial invoices, and wedding ceremony footage on behalf of creative studios. Because the platform processes sensitive personal media — including high-profile weddings, intimate family portraits, and commercial client assets — this Agreement sets out the explicit obligations that you, the Studio Owner, assume when utilizing the Platform.
By uploading, connecting Google Drive folders, syncing contacts, or sending client links via StudioOS, you confirm that you understand and will strictly comply with every provision below.
1. You Must Have the Verified Legal Right to Upload
You certify that you possess the lawful right, client consent, property release, or written production contract to upload, store, transcode, and display every photo, video clip, client name, email address, phone number, and venue address that you place into StudioOS.
You warrant that no media uploaded to your StudioOS workspace violates any confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), protective order, or exclusive licensing agreement signed with any couple, commercial brand, or celebrity client.
2. Special Protections for Minors & Family Portraits
If you upload footage or photographs depicting minors (children under 18 years of age), you warrant that you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized institution (e.g. school or event organizer) consistent with applicable international child protection and privacy legislation (such as COPPA, GDPR Article 8, and regional privacy acts). StudioOS maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized distribution of minor media.
3. Accurate Contact Details & Communication Consent
When you enter client email addresses or phone numbers into the StudioOS CRM, quotation dispatch, or WhatsApp notification generators, you certify that those clients have explicitly engaged your studio and consented to receive business communications, project milestone notifications, proposals, and delivery receipts from you. You shall not use StudioOS to send unsolicited commercial marketing (SPAM).
4. Access Control & Link Privacy is 100% Your Responsibility
StudioOS provides granular privacy controls, including randomized alphanumeric workspace slugs, secure proposal tokens, and download passkeys. Controlling who receives these links is solely under your management.
If you transmit a direct proposal link, quotation link, or preview gallery to an unintended recipient, StudioOS cannot recall or revoke access to that URL after it has been visited. You assume full responsibility for verifying recipient contact details before sharing unlisted links.
5. Mandatory Handling of Client Takedown & Deletion Requests
If a client, bride, groom, or event participant requests that their photos, video clips, or contact records be removed from public storefronts or shared galleries, you agree to execute that takedown promptly within the timeline prescribed by applicable privacy law. StudioOS provides instant item deletion tools within your dashboard; executing that deletion is the studio’s legal responsibility.
6. Security Incidents & Account Compromise
If you discover or suspect that your studio credentials or email account have been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify the StudioOS Security Team at security@studioos.net. If an infrastructure-level security incident affects multiple studios, StudioOS will notify affected studio owners without undue delay.
7. Active Deletion & 30-Day Backup Purging
When you delete a project, image link, video reel, or contact from your StudioOS workspace, the reference is removed from the active database immediately. Encrypted disaster-recovery snapshots are cycled and permanently purged within 30 days.
8. Strict Anti-Misuse & Anti-Scraping Standard
You will not use StudioOS to store media you lack permission to hold, impersonate another creator or studio, harvest client emails belonging to other photographers, or distribute content that violates copyright or public decency laws. Violation of this clause results in immediate workspace termination without refund.
9. Questions & Data Governance
